Terms of Service
Updated 12/6/2025
The Basics
When you use Knoww, you're agreeing to these terms. Basically, don't do anything sketchy, and we'll keep the service running smoothly. If something doesn't make sense here, just reach out and we'll clarify.
What We Do
Knoww lets you create interactive posters with clickable links. Design something, add links to different parts, and share it. That's the gist of it.
Your Account
You'll need to sign up to create and publish posters. When you do:
- Use real info (or at least something we can reach you at)
- Keep your password safe - you're responsible for what happens with your account
- Let us know if someone's messing with your account
Don't Be That Person
Please don't use Knoww to:
- Break any laws
- Harass people or post harmful content
- Try to hack or mess with our systems
- Spam or abuse the platform
If you do any of this stuff, we'll shut down your account. No warnings, no second chances.
Your Stuff is Yours
Everything you create on Knoww belongs to you. We just need permission to store and display it so the service actually works. We're not going to sell your designs or use them for anything weird.
Paying for Stuff
Some features cost money. If you subscribe:
- You'll be charged automatically each billing period
- You can cancel anytime, but we don't do refunds for partial months
- If your payment fails, we'll pause your account until it's sorted
We Can End This
If you violate these terms, we can delete your account immediately. No questions asked. We'll try to be fair about it, but we're not running a debate club here.
No Guarantees
We do our best to keep Knoww running smoothly, but things break sometimes. We're not responsible if the service goes down or if you lose data (though we try really hard to prevent that). Use it at your own risk.
We Might Change Things
These terms might change as we add features or fix issues. We'll update this page when that happens. If you keep using Knoww after changes, that means you're cool with the new terms.
Questions?
If anything's unclear or you want to talk about these terms, hit us up on our contact page. We're pretty responsive.
